Brian has worked for over 40 years in the insurance industry with major multinational insurers General Accident, AIG, and Zurich. During that time, he worked in 36 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Central, and Eastern Europe, India, and UK.
He has held senior management roles such as Regional SVP, EVP, COO and CEO roles based in UK, Hong Kong, Dubai, and India. He also held the position of main board Director with AIG UK from 2005-2008 and was an ‘approved person’ by the FSA during that period. He has led start-ups, mergers, and acquisitions, business turnarounds as well as running and driving existing businesses to greater profitability.
Asif is a qualified actuary and an analytics and data scientist with nearly 20 years of experience, primarily in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Over the course of his career, he has held several C-level leadership positions.
He is the Co-Founder and Partner at ARGenesis, dedicated to enhancing markets through data science, machine learning, and AI. Additionally, he serves as a Non-Executive Director at NewCo, which focuses on mental health services.
Asif is an affiliate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) and currently serves as the Chairman of the IFoA Data Science Community, a group with over 120 members. He is also a member of the IFoA Data Science Steering Committee. Furthermore, Asif is a partner at the global Institute of Analytics.
In academia, he collaborates with Heriot-Watt University and has previously worked with the London School of Economics (LSE), where he served as their Industry Leader for Data Science Case Studies.

Apollos has 20 years experience, specialises in Reserving and Capital Management. He has worked for major consultancies such as Milliman, PwC and KPMG in the UK and also in the industry for Zurich Insurance as a senior corporate actuary. Apollos has expertise in reserving as he has done hands-on reserving and reserve reviews for many UK and international companies in the retail and commercial insurance sectors. Apollos has extensive expertise in Solvency 2 internal model and standard formula. In particular, he has very strong expertise in model validation and ORSA reporting.
Chris displays a mixture of right and left-brain skills. With his meticulous eye, he is able to analyse the data while being sensitive to the emotional triggers behind our clients needs.
His experience of insight enables him to build what we call a technical data stack, which informs our management team how to build the bespoke models for our clients

Richard spent seven years working as a senior level within the insurance industry with over 25 years of business experience across United Kingdom. He has held senior positions, including SVP roles. He is very experienced actuary that provides both capital (this includes Internal Validation, internal model documentation, SII) and reserving.
Richard has worked for various companies from Insurtech and Fintech these are company such as: Amlin, Lloyds Banking Group (LBG), Admiral Group, Aviva Group and others. He is well respected within the actuarial domain and also involved within IFoA Data Science MIG.
