MGAs failing to deliver on data

Dear All,
Good morning, I trust everyone had a great weekend and are safe and well.

Recently there was a survey conducted about MGA data, where fewer than 50% offered the Modern customer experience. In addition, MGAs they only have single view through there IT platform to obtain insight. There are different variables that contribute towards driving our businesses with less subjectivity. Data is key, and having a vision from top down on data will help give a different perspective and view.
